Q. How should I expect a RibbedTee undershirt to fit me?

Classic Fit - Best suited for standard body types.
Relaxed Fit - Specially designed for the Big & Tall guys! Same great style as our other undershirts, but in an extra-long loose fit design. Specially designed so they won't shrink! Hint: Sizes run big. Normally wear a Extra Large (XL) Undershirt? Try a Large Relaxed Fit!
Q. Will RibbedTee undershirts and tops shrink after washing?
A. Our Classic Fit undershirts were designed to wash down (shrink) to their intended size, so they may fit a little loose right out of their package. Just wash and dry them on warm as you would anything else and you'll find that our undershirts will shrink up to 8% and then relax out slightly when you wear them. After washing and drying again, our undershirts will shrink back down for that perfect form fit.
Our men's Relaxed Fit undershirts and women's v-neck tops are specially designed so they won't shrink.
Q. How should I care for my RibbedTee men's undershirts and women's v-neck tops?
A. We recommend washing the undershirts in warm water, using non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry on a medium heat. You'll find our standard care instructions on the back of the garment label. If you prefer your undershirts to fit tighter, wash and tumble dry on high heat.
Q. Do you recommend any pre-treatment before washing?
A. Under normal circumstances you should not need to pre-treat your undershirts before washing them. However, to minimize the amount of staining that may be caused by the combination of underarm perspiration, deodorants, and antiperspirants, you may pre-treat your undershirt by soaking it in cold water prior to washing. This technique may be used on other undershirts as well to minimize the appearance of the yellow stains that may appear. Q. Do you ship outside the United States?
A. Yes. Currently we ship to the following areas: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Norway, Czech Republic and the British Virgin Islands. We also ship to the following U.S. territories: Guam and the Virgin Islands (U.S.).

Q. How much will shipping cost?
A. Shipping costs are calculated based on the USPS Priority Mail rates & fees table (plus a nominal handling fee) and depend on the number of items you order (weight) and the final destination (distance).
Q. How are items shipped to me and when should I receive my order?
A. Orders are fulfilled via USPS Priority Mail and are sent out within one to two business days after you've placed your order. You should expect to receive your domestic RibbedTee order within 3-4 business days. International orders can take up to 4-5 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination country and their customs process. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your Priority Mail tracking number. Once you have your tracking number, you can check on the delivery status of your package at the USPS website.
Q. Do you carry your products in any retail stores yet?
A. We do not offer our products in retail stores at this time. To purchase our products, please visit our online store.
Q. What do the different order statuses mean?
A. Below is an outline of the various order statuses and what they mean:
Pending = Order has been placed, but is pending payment.
Processing = Order has been placed, payment approved.
Completed = Order has been shipped.
Declined = Order has been declined. Our Customer Service team will follow-up with you to correct the order details and re-submit it for processing.
Canceled = Order has been canceled by the customer (you).
