Greetings Folks!

Here at RibbedTee HQ, we’ve been working hard to create new and innovative undershirt designs that address some of the biggest problems with today’s standard undershirts (not keeping you cool, not fitting right everywhere, not staying tucked in, bunching up, and gathering).

Earlier this year, we first introduced our Classic Fit undershirts (a more slender fitted undershirt). In late June, we released our Enhanced Fit version (ideal for standard to larger body types) that offers slightly wider dimensions in the shoulders, torso, waist, and provides more room in the underarm area.

Well, we’re back with some more exciting news:

1. RibbedTee has gone extra, extra long!* To help out our taller friends who just can’t find an undershirt long enough to stay tucked in, we’ve recently added over 2.5″ in length to all of our new undershirts. In addition, we’ve also made some improvements to our Classic Fit undershirts by increasing the shoulder width and providing additional room in the underarm areas.

Jill Haney, founder of JH Image Consulting, and certified image consultant recently wrote this article for the Cincinnati Enquirer about undershirts where our founder was able to share his thoughts on the challenges with today’s undershirts.

Mikel Schwarz, founder of ribbedtee.com undershirts, has created a new undershirt that has “crossed the form-fitting and cool-comfort benefits of the ribbed tank top with the underarm and perspiration protection of the traditional undershirt.” Schwarz says his vision was to provide affordability, fit, feel and function to undershirts. Many T-shirt styles address one or two of these issues but not all four.

Announcing the immediate availability of our new Enhanced Fit and 2XL RibbedTees.

Our Enhanced Fit undershirts are specially designed for men with slightly larger builds. The new design provides a longer shoulder strap length, a larger arm opening, and more room in the torso, mid section, and waist. Last month we were contacted by the designers of RibbedTee Undershirts for men. They wanted us to take a look at their undershirts and tell them what we thought. 

I am a true believer in undershirts for men!  When I received them I couldn’t believe how light they were.  I gave them to my husband who  wears undershirts, with all his professional and casual shirts, and asked what he thought of them.

He told me he loves them!  He said the snug fit is comfortable and does not bunch up or ride up when he moves his arms.  The lightweight of the undershirt felt like he was only wearing one shirt and kept him cool.  He really likes the ribbed look.  He wishes the undershirts would come in variety of colors (they come in only white and black).
